FAIRBANK'S 20-person team works from Lisbon across three disciplines: data science, AI engineering, and full-stack development. The team built the inspection software, reporting architecture, and data infrastructure for InspectOS from scratch. The same infrastructure supports Rezerva and HomeOS.

The FAIRBANK operational model is a deliberate choice: build the technology ourselves, operate the companies ourselves, and maintain the quality standard across the portfolio. We do not outsource the technology that defines our products.
